Return Policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Starting a Return:
To start a return, contact us at info@aven-london.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package along with a return shipping address. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at your own expense. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
If you are shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@aven-london.com.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Do NOT send returns to the sender address listed on the package, as it is not our designated return address. Sending items to the wrong address will make you ineligible for a refund.

Items must be shipped back to our warehouse in China with a corresponding tracking code. Failing to do so may result in non-processing of your return.

Ensure that only Aven London items are included in the return package. We are not responsible for returning any non-Aven London items mistakenly included.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Aven London is not liable for failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence, including refusal of shipment confirmation, not using a traceable shipping method, or providing incorrect recipient information (such as address, contact number, or recipient name). In such cases, we will be unable to issue a refund.
